B.e ec in kle tech hubli or cse in reva which is better option

Just go for cse at reva ,as it has good scope towards future .

If you are passionate in electronics and if your hometown is hubli just go for ece.

Because travelling too matters and if you are staying in hostels fees too matter

But altlast i would like to say cse from which ever college has good scope for placements

mine rank in kcet is 57k can i get EEE in kle technological University hubli i belongs to 3b category and hyd-kar and annual income is 20000

As per your rank and caste category, you have tough chances to get EEE branch in KLE Technological University . But, you may get Mechanical Engg branch with your gained rank according to last year cut off database.
