Chandigarh University also known as CU Chandigarh or CUCHD was established in the year 2012. Chandigarh University has been ranked 45th in the overall category, and it has bagged the 27th position in the NIRF 2023 Ranking under the university category. CU is recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 2(f) of the UGC Act, 1956. The campus is spread over 150 acres of land. The BE programme at Chandigarh University has been approved by the AICTE whereas the law programmes have been approved by the approved by Bar Council of India (BCI). The pharmacy, architecture, education and physical education programmes offered by CU have been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India, Council of Architecture and National Council for Teacher Education respectively.

College Infrastructure
CU is known for his infrastructure. Chandigarh University has infrastructure in about 20 acres. All labs library and classroom are well equipped and smart board are also installed. Full campus is centrally air conditioned.

As per your question, basically if you see from the three consecutive years, almost 12 lakh students will apply for the CUET exam, and out of which at least 5 to 7 lakh might apply for the BA LLB admissions. However, remember that this will vary from one year to the another.
