Yes, the NATA exam is prescribed by the Council of Architecture as a compulsory criterion for taking admission to any Architectural College or course in India. However, for many IITs and NITs, passing JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams can also provide BArch admission.
After completing your B.Arch course, you have a scope of higher study. Manufacturing, Consulting, Interior Design, and Construction are employment areas available for graduates.
It is believed that the difficulty level for JEE Mains is higher as compared to NATA. The institutes that give admission on the basis of JEE Mains paper 2 are NITs and GFTIs whereas, NATA students get admission into Private colleges and State level colleges, other than NITs and IITs.
Students who have completed their 10+2 in the Science stream with a major in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, can opt for the B Arch course.
B Arch salary depends on various factors such as the highest educational qualification obtained and college reputation, work experience, experience in the particular field, location of work, and skill sets. B Arch salary ranges from Rs. 5 LPA to Rs. 10 LPA.

Hii There,
There are no colleges that admit students into B. Arch programs without taking into account their NATA or JEE Mains scores. IITs, NITs, and GFTIs specifically consider NATA and JEE Mains (Paper 2) scores. Nevertheless, an alternative option could be to pursue admission through management seats, as these seats are not allocated based on examination scores.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks
The eligibility criteria of jee mains are as follows -
You do have chances to get a college in 93 percentile.
Hello Aspirant,
There is as such no official data for the number of applicants who have given jee mains paper 2 but as per my knowledge and the previous year data the number of candidates would be atleast 50k in the both sessions.
So, the competition in the architecture paper is very less as compared to jee mains paper 1 for B.tech. Some students give both the examination if their drawing skills are good specially . And if they score a good rank they go for B.arch if they are not able to achieve a good rank in B.tech.
Hi there,
Jee is an examination held on national level for admission into various engineering colleges across India.
In Paper 2 examination for B.arch course second, a total 22,748 candidates are appeared.

Hope this answer will help you.
Thank you and very good luck:)))
