COEP Pune Admission Process

COEP Technological University, Pune offers a variety of programmes, each with a different admissions procedure. To be eligible for COEP Pune admission to B.Tech programmes, students must take the JEE Main or MHT CET and take part in counselling. COEP Pune admissions to M.Tech programmes are given on various modes, those who have qualified GATE, can take the CAP counselling and secure the admission.

The selection process for COEP Pune admission involves evaluating the candidates' performance in the entrance exams, and academic records. Based on these factors, the candidates will be selected for COEP Pune admission to the respective programmes. For COEP Pune admission to MBA programmes, MAH MBA CET score is considered.

Candidates must meet the COEP Pune eligibility criteria and meet the cutoff for admission to any of the courses. COEP Pune Application Process 2024

Visit the official website of Maharashtra’s CET (Common Entrance Test).
Register for the CAP counselling after qualifying for the entrance examinations.
Fill in all the required details and upload the required documents.
Pay the application fee of Rs 800 and submit the application.
Take a printout of the filled application form for future reference.

COEP Pune Login Details

To log into the student portal, candidates must visit the COEP Pune student portal website. After that, candidates must enter their username, enter their password and click on ‘Login’. COEP Pune UG Admission 2024

The COEP Technological University, Pune provides B.Tech and B.Plan courses at the undergraduate level with a 4-year course duration. The COEP Pune B.Tech admission is done in various domains including Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering.

The COEP Technological University, Pune offers M.Tech, MBA, M.Plan and PGD courses at the postgraduate level. The MBA programme is available under two domains: General Management and Business Analytics. Admissions are provided through CAP counselling.

COEP Pune Counselling (Maharashtra State’s CAP Counselling)

A competent authority conducts CAP (Centralised Admission Process) counselling for COEP Pune admission to technical courses in private, aided, and unaided institutions and universities. After qualifying for the entrance examination, candidates must register on Maharashtra’s CET (Common Entrance Test) for counselling. Seats will be allotted on the basis of performance in the entrance examination, college-course preference and cutoff marks criteria.

COEP Pune Results

Students can check the provisional merit list and allotment on the CET’s official website. To check the results of the COEP Pune seat allotment, candidates should log in to the portal and enter their application number/registered mobile number and password (if applicable). Selected candidates should pay their COEP Pune admission fee.

The Teachers are well qualified and helpful to students. They had very good knowledge of their subjects. Their teaching techniques were unique. The course curriculum is up to date and relevant to industry requirements. With the help of industrial visits, they made us job-ready. Semester exams were average and easy to pass.

Academics

The curriculum of the college is well prepared and teachers are above average. Some subjects are very practical and provide insights into the real-world functioning of companies, while others are dead boring, such as Legal Studies. All in all, it's a fun experience learning from such learned professors but sum teachers are well qualified.

College placements is 100 percent.

I have always wanted to become a construction manager in an FMCG firm, so I pursued an construction management. The faculty members of COEP are knowledgeable, response, and supportive. Most faculty use the case study method to teach in the classroom. Generally, a Professor teaches a class of 60 students. In a year, there are 3 terms, and each term takes three months to complete. The students of COEP technological University are highly competitive, so it takes extra effort to score good grades.

College of engineering Pune is an autonomous college of Savitribai Phule Pune University. It takes admission on the basis of jee mains and MHTCET scores.

Jee mains seats are only reserved for 20% of the total seats . 80% of the seats are reserved for MHTCET candidates.

So if you have studied from Maharashtra then you would have an edge as you would be having the benefit of the home state quota.
